Publisher Terms of Service

By subscribing (free or paid), reading, commenting, tipping, or otherwise engaging with the Publication, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not engage with the content.

1. Content Ownership and Use
   All original content in this Publication (posts, emails, comments I moderate, etc.) is owned by me (JAD). You may read and share links to public posts for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without my explicit permission. 2. No Professional Advice
   The content shared here is personal observations, biblical insights, and commentary intended for inspiration, discussion, and truth-seeking. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or spiritual counseling/advice. Nothing here creates a professional-client relationship. Always consult qualified experts for personal decisions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

   • The Publication is free to subscribe to and read.

   • Optional paid monthly subscriptions are available for those who wish to support the work and gain any exclusive perks (if/when added).

   • Tips/donations are welcomed and appreciated as voluntary support—no expectations or obligations attached. Tips are one-time gestures of encouragement and do not create any ongoing commitments, refunds, or performance guarantees from me.

   • All payments (subs or tips) are processed securely through Substack/Stripe. I do not store payment details. Refunds are handled per Substack’s policies (generally no refunds for tips; subscription refunds at my discretion but rare).

   • I reserve the right to change pricing or features at any time (changes won’t affect prior payments retroactively).

4. User Conduct and Comments
   I encourage thoughtful discussion in comments. I may moderate, edit, or remove comments that are off-topic, abusive, spam, or violate basic respect. By commenting, you grant me a non-exclusive license to display and use your comment in the Publication.

5. Privacy and Data
   Your email and any provided info are handled per Substack’s Privacy Policy (https://substack.com/privacy). I do not sell or share subscriber data beyond what’s needed for Substack to operate. For questions, contact me directly.

6. Disclaimers and Liability
   Content is provided “as is” without warranties. I am not liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from your use of or reliance on the Publication (including but not limited to emotional impact, decisions made, or third-party links). To the fullest extent allowed by law, my liability is limited to the amount you paid me in the last 12 months (or $100 if nothing paid).
