I admit it. I never hid it. I’ve had an addiction pretty much my whole life. It started when I was a kid. Being a Boomer I was amongst those growing up that had to get home when the street lights came on. Or… the sun on the horizon if you lived out in the countryside. Summers were the best. Always outside doing something. Growing up on a lakeside resort my folks owned in central, lower Michigan having moved out of the Detroit burbs in 1967 when I was 8, I was constantly exposed to it. And it felt sooo good! Couldn’t help but soak it up. No one could. Maybe I got more than my fair share of it… I don’t know. Took me years to realize the withdraw symptoms would kick in when I couldn’t get enough. You know. The feeling down, the low energy, just… blah. Maybe grouchy sometimes even. There’s a lot of them yankees right now going through it some. It’s called “tanorexia.” More commonly known as “Seasonal Affective Disorder Syndrome.” Or SADS. It’s harder on those in the north. I remember. This time of year, in the spring, it seems like it’s taking forever to get a satisfying fix. And then for it to start being constant again. Maybe we should pray for them. For my… and maybe yours too… for our fellow sunshine addicts in the north.
We’ve had a few good days of full sunshine around here in east Tennessee this spring. But it seems damn peculiar how cool, cloudy and rainy it’s been. We have had quite a few days of bright blue skies. Seems the only trails I’ve noticed lately have been laid out ahead of any rain system coming into the region. We are due for an extended period of sunny days I can tell ya that!
I spent the last few weeks taking my sunshine addiction to a whole ’nother level. I had the time. And it runs right into preppin’ for any power outage, but specifically… for the storm. Not “a” storm. THEE Storm. You’ve seen the worn out Marxist tactics taking place on a few American university campuses by Muslim Jihadists and other assorted ignorant dipsticks that are playing right into the hands of the DS dipshits that organize and finance such mischief. The mischief is just getting started. I been tellin’ ya… we will be experiencing craziness in society as we move through this summer…. this political season leading up to the November Presidential election. The Cabal cannot allow Trump back in the White House as they know it’s the end of their crime empire if he gets back in. But they can’t stop what’s coming. And we will be seeing just how desperate the enemy is. We very well may be going through the worst of it a year from now. These Illuminati types are driven by devil spirits. Who themselves have millenniums of experience destroying civilizations. I would quote Sun Zhu in saying they’d rather rule over ashes than be exposed… but having just now looked to confirm Sun Zhu said that… he didn’t.
In preparing for what may be the biggest temper tantrum thrown in the history of the world, the one thing I haven’t prepped for is back-up power. I started looking into it almost a month ago. Soon after I was kicked off Facebook. Did a lot of reading, watched a lot of tech and how-to videos on electricity, batteries, battery charging and all the components involved, such as charge controllers, inverters, etc.. I’ve always had a working knowledge of electricity as I’ve installed/repaired a few household appliances, wired a few projects, I’m into two-way radio and did take electronics for two years in high school. I’ve found it interesting… if not entertaining… to think and learn some electronics again so much lately. Wire size dependence on amps carried, voltage restrictions, watthours, amp hours and such. So much so (you biblical research students’ll love this)… as I was considering some of the basics of electricity… voltage, current, watts… I saw a connection (pun unintended, for those that caught it) with three of the six Greek words translated “power” in the King James. Those three words being,
Dunamis - Potential power
Exousia - Authorative power
Kratos - Imparted power
Dunamis is like voltage in a battery. Stored, potential power.
Exousia is like current. Potential power moving.
Kratos is like watts. Power put to use.
Shocking I know. (Lame pun intended that time.) At this point allow me to invite anyone who has yet to discover the benefits of looking up the definitions of the Greek words used in the New Testament to get’cher self a Bullinger’s Critical Greek And English Lexicon. The ancient Greek is the most descriptive language devised by man. With faithful usage, you will at some point be amazed how many times the translators of the Stephens Text (which is what the KJV is based on) got it so wrong with their handling of the task. But this is how to control the people. You mix deception in with mostly truth. I’ll post a link to my Bookstore page below where you can find an affiliate Amazon link (which Amazon say’s they’ve deactivated due to “inactivity”) to the lexicon if you might be so interested.
So I bought me my first power station this last week. Which becomes a solar generator once my first solar panel comes in sometime next week. Equipped with a 550wh Lifepo4 battery that will power my radio station for a few hours… I think… but I’ve yet to put it to the test. Link below if you wanna check it out. Watch for a hundred dollar coupon to pop up if you put this particular power station in a list. That’s when I got it. I’ve got a 999ah power station in my sights that should power my fridge and kitchen a/c window unit for a couple of days. If time allows I just may build me a 1,500 watt inverter solar station with a 2,000w battery. Something like shown in the video embedded below. I’m thinkin’ that would power a fridge and a/c unit for four days. It’s not like every day is sunny, believe you me. And if that’s not bad enough, I saw a couple of days ago, when the sun was shining, I get about almost 5 hours of direct sunlight where I’m at in these hills in the woods where I can set the 200w solar panel to grab me some sunshine for my power station. Should the need arise. I would have to move the panel at least once to keep it in direct sunlight.
It’s been a little more than a month since I got kicked off Facebook and I am adjusting. It was rather strange for the first week. I didn’t realize how much of a lifestyle it had become. It’s where I was connected to family, friends since high school, the Marines, the ministry and a lot of new friends too. It’s where I did the most of my damage. It feels like I’m off the front lines of the information war. It does feel like I’m in a new normal. But… work has picked up. I’m always advancing on my health. Did some research on the benefits of drinking extra virgin olive oil and started that the other day. Started eating a handful of blueberries daily the other week and learned a lot on solar generated power storage recently. And I’ve been putting some thought into how to approach sharing biblical research principles in podcast format. I think I just need to sit down and figure out how to format it. This sure would give me more opportunities to use my lexicon! Which after 40 years has got some duct tape holding it together.
I made that meme for a friend of mine that called me to let me know he got deplatformed from Facebook the other day. Is this happening a lot? Leave a comment, let us know if you or someone you know got the Zuckerberg boot. It’s the fourth platform I’ve been kicked off of. How many for you? Drop a comment.
