Being among the Baby Boomer generation, I and my fellow Boomers can attest to the fact that there are medical conditions and ailments that either weren’t around or there were very few cases of when we were kids. Of course, all these conditions we know of today may have been endured in generations prior to Boomers that may have went by another name or was just a mystery, but the fact remains that there are more people today per capita that are faced with less than good health situations. Of which… after years of personal research and attention… I am convinced all stem from the modern lifestyle, including diet. And (this may shock some) modern medicine. That’s right. Modern medicine. Did you know that doctors are the third largest cause of death? Doesn’t that make you wonder if they’re getting it so wrong that it’s causing so many deaths… how many people have they injured without causing death? Or just completely misdiagnose?
It made me wonder. And I was already skeptical of modern medicine when this report came out. That skepticism hardened two years prior to this report in 2014 when I began researching a physical condition that beset myself. To the point I now look at modern medicine to be more like modern witchcraft. That comes with the knowledge I learned in the early 80s that our word “pharmacy” comes from the ancient Greek word “pharmakeia”… which is used 5 times in the Stephens text of which the King James version of the Holy Bible comes from. Four times translated sorcery and one time witchcraft. Is it a coincidence that the rise in so many people becoming unhealthy began after President Reagan signed H.R.5546 - National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986? That gave Big Pharma no liability for its products.
Do you believe in coincidence?
If this is all new to you, you may want to do some research of your own on how the Rockefeller dynasty captured the medical field about a hundred years ago. And turned it into an industry. By changing what was the healing arts into “managed healthcare.” Please note that I do my best to not use resources I know are under that influence. Names which pretty much everybody knows.
I may as well throw this in here too… I know more people that have died from cancer treatments than have died of actual cancer. Maybe you do as well. There is an agenda behind that of which I am sure most doctors are unaware.
I tell you all this to advise you not to put all your trust and confidence into modern medicine. I would advise you to do as I did… and do… concerning physical health by putting your trust in God. (If you are capable of doing so.) Ask and ye shall receive, right? But you are going to have to be willing to do the work. As in personal research. Including studying scripture. And applying what you learn. Patience may be necessary. Ever read Job?
Now to the subject at hand. The condition that beset me in 2014 is called Fibromyalgia. Commonly referred to as “Fibro” among many. Its symptoms vary and vary in intensity from person to person, but common ailments are pain throughout the body, brain fog (lack of concentration and thought process), fatigue, sleep problems, irritable bowel syndrome, depression, anxiety and headaches.
When I first began my research into this about ten years ago I was rather perturbed to learn modern medicine wasn’t believing it existed as they couldn’t run any tests to confirm such a diagnosis as they didn’t have any. From what I see today they still don’t have much for testing and still claim they don’t know the cause. But at least it’s now widely accepted that it is a thing. It’s reported it affects more women than men. It’s said the symptoms may be a result of genetics, physical and/or emotional stress, substance abuse, or the result of a previous illness. One of those was more common than most in what I read back then by those who were enduring Fibro and that was emotional stress brought on by a traumatic event. I could relate to that. I went through the deaths of two of my children and a divorce between them in the space of four years. It was the year after the second death the symptoms laid hold on me. I have a high endurance for pain but the pain got so bad I had to quit the job I had at the time and thought I would have to go on disability. But I found I couldn’t succumb to that and decided if I wasn’t granted instantaneous healing, I would figure it out. A brother in Christ hired me on knowing my situation (for which I am forever grateful) and I worked through the pain and I researched at night.
What I came to find within a couple of years… which is why I assume you’re still reading this… is as follows.
There was a test for sensitive points in the body among some doctors (they’re not all bad) to consider maybe it is Fibro. You had to have something like eleven of eighteen of them be painful when pressed upon to be considered Fibro. I did some reading again before and as I began this post on the matter and am surprised this test is no longer used. What I learned for myself by way of an image that appeared in my mind some days after learning of this test was these sensitive points are knots in the muscle tissue causing the pain I felt in my back and were blocking the natural flow of what occurs in the body. The chiropractor I was seeing at the time was incredulous about how tight my back was. He poked the bench cushion I was sitting on and told me this is how the muscles in my back should be. Then he pressed on the drywall and told me this is how tight your back is. I do miss him. He died during the plandemic. Young… healthy… died of unknown heart issues. I don’t know if he took the jab. Sometime after pointing out how messed up my muscle tissue was, I was sitting in my back yard… in the woods… with terrible back muscle pain. I asked God what I could do about it. An image flashed through my mind that communicated to me to go over to the tree in front of me and pick up a stick. It didn’t make any sense, but I learned long ago not to let that deter me. So I went over to the tree, looked for a stick, chose one, picked it up and then said, “Now what?” I looked up, straight ahead and noticed a knot in the tree that protruded maybe two inches off the trunk… right at the same height of my shoulder blades… and got the thought to stick that knot right where it hurt. I did it. Then the tree knot ran across a small, very painful knot in my back. I centralized the pressure onto that knot and omg it hurt so bad and yet felt so good. I was moaning so loud I got concerned I might attract and trigger some buck in the woods… being they were in rut. I think I worked on that for 10 minutes anyways and although it didn’t completely disappear the pain subsided. A lot. The very next day my sister called me and told me about the 18 knot test. I had 16 of them. In my legs, back and arms. Some of them were not the locations shown on the chart. I began massaging them all out and the pain I was enduring was becoming much more tolerable.
That’s when I began researching Fibromyalgia. I first learned of the vitamins and supplements to take. Chiefly, Magnesium. And Zinc… as it helps break down the Magnesium. (I believe Turmeric was suggested also but I didn’t start getting serious about that one until maybe 2 years ago. It is great for inflammation), Some months later I landed on a holistic doctor’s web page who claimed he was having success with his patients concerning this.
I tried to find the link to that page. I can’t.
But! There are links below you may find helpful.
I thought I would have that link forever as it was embedded in a post on my blog eight years ago, but Google locked me out of my Blogger account, took my site down and I didn’t get it saved beforehand.
He described the cause of Fibro as the brain not getting the sugars it needs due to diet. So the brain over-adrenalates the blood in order to break free the sugars it needs from the muscles which is then picked up by the brain. He explained that the pain caused is actually a case of rigor mortis due to the muscle tissue dying. To compensate for this loss of specific sugars he instructed his patients to take organic, cold-pressed, virgin coconut oil. I tried it and by gosh it I felt a difference right quick. It took some time, a dozen months maybe, but I got to where I felt like I could get back to normal. The pain wasn’t nearly as bad and slowly subsided over the years. I was sleeping better. I got off sugar. I seldom drink alcohol anymore. I learned by noticing certain foods helped, such as apples and broccoli. If I had days when I’d exert myself too much for my condition, I would have relapses. That would last for days. I learned that when a muscle would begin to ache a knot had reformed in that muscle. When the knots would reappear, I would work them out. And it would always hurt like hell when first pushing on them, but the pain does subside. Coconut oil made a big difference, but it took years… almost a decade… to believe I could put this in the past tense. I normally had relief by not moving at all and had some relief if I would keep moving constantly. After a long workday I used to be in pain after the drive home. It would hurt more than it did during the day to get out of the truck and walk. After having relief while driving. Likewise, this dissipated slowly over the years. As of a few months ago… maybe last spring… I don’t have that pain after a long day. Now being 65 years old I’m not sure if when I’m feeling any pain or soreness if it’s Fibro or just age. Maybe a bit of both. Regardless… it is so much more tolerable now.
Be careful with the coconut oil however. I learned after experiencing massive fatigue maybe a week into it I was taking too much of it at first. I researched that and learned that coconut oil is a very strong antimicrobial which kills candida in the intestines. When that yeast dies it gives off different toxins which overtaxes the liver in its filtering them out. So much so you get extremely fatigued. I started off by doing 2 tablespoons of it twice a day. Upon learning of the antimicrobial effects, I then began… and still do… maybe a half a teaspoon a day in the morning for a few days in a row, then skip a day or two. I am sure doses and results would vary with individuals. I suggest you start off with light doses and increase a little at a time over time to learn how much you can tolerate without experiencing that overburdened liver fatigue. I also got in the habit of taking Magnesium, Zinc, B12, D3 and Turmeric as needed. If you’d like links to the supplements I use drop me an email with “Fibro Supplements” in the topic line.
Something I came across rather recently that has given me more energy, mental clarity and motivation is Methylene Blue 1% Pharmaceutical Grade. Again… be careful with it. There’s videos on Youtube of health professionals from doctors to pharmacists discussing this compound which as I understand… was widely used in the latter 1800s to treat many ailments. You know… Pre Rockefeller. I do ten drops in a glass of water once a day for a few days in a row, skip a day or two, and repeat. Which is considered light dosage. This stuff was developed to be a dye. You want to use a glass glass. And rinse it well afterwards. Get your lips wet before drinking. I learned to keep it off the ends of my mustache.
This post is to serve as a springboard for anyone seeking relief from Fibro symptoms. Is it completely curable? Modern medicine says no. God’s Word say’s with God all things are possible. And that healing is available. Am I completely restored? I can’t say so for certain, but I am like 95% better than I was the first few years of its onset. I don’t consider it an issue anymore.
As always… Do your own research. From what I’ve seen recently it looks like there is more information available now than there was when I first started looking into this. Below are a few links to help you get started. Again… If you’d like links to the supplements I use email me a request with “Fibro Supplements” in the topic line.
And don’t be shy about asking God! It would certainly help to be born again and understand how the revelation manifestations work, but that’s on you. And maybe for another time… perhaps… on JAD’s Comms.
Oh. You might look into Earthing also.
