Ever Feel "Vexed?"

I know it idn’t just me. Just sooo ready for this war to be over. I have to remind myself what I was sharing a lot when I first saw it a couple of years ago. That it’s a testament to the love we have for others as we endure the evil in this world as we do what we can do to help others at least wake up, at best lead to Christ… and face the seriousness of the situation we’re all in. Then I think of Lot. You know. Lot. From the Old Testament. The Second, or Patriarchal Administration. Got out of Sodom before it was destroyed due to the ongoing unchecked sexual depravity rampant in the city. These men were wanting to rape the angels that came to warn Lot to grab his go-bag and get his family out! Can you even imagine that level of evil to have to endure?! God’s Word say’s it “vexed” him.
2 Peter 2:4-9
For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;
And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy *conversation (*= conduct) of the wicked:
(For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)
The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:
The Greek word for vexed in both verses is the word badavizo and defines in Dr. Bullinger’s A Critical Lexicon And Concordance To The English And Greek New Testament as… “To apply a touchstone, to examine or scrutinize by words or by torture; then gen. to torture, afflict with pain.” This word amplifies torment.
Although I’m quite confident we are not enduring such time as Lot’s, still… this is to be expected among the brethren. This vexing. The deeper your commitment, the stronger the vex. Today we are sanctified with the gift of the spiritual birth. This is what gives us citizenship in God’s Kingdom. Sanctification is a sonship right. While we are in the world… by our own free will… we are to sanctify ourselves… to set ourselves apart… from ungodly thinkings and practices. With the rightly divided Word of God as the standard. Although the 2nd Administration didn’t have any written Word, this endurance is something we all share. All of God’s people have at some level through time from Lot’s administration period to now. The world is filled to overflowing with unrighteousness. But we are among those that will not be swept away by it.
Reminds me of Hebrews 11.
A quick update on my October sky watch. For the most part we’ve had clear, blue skies. Maybe a couple of cloudy days so far. Other than a few lines for a couple of days in this month no chemtrails got laid out. Until last Friday morning. I saw more trails that morning than I seen in quite a while. And yesterday morning also but they stopped earlier. We’ve got bright, blue skies this morning. If we’re to have a peak color period, it’s probably now. I’ve had others tell me also over the last two weeks the colors just aren’t what they used to be. From what some of my friends have sent me in pics and what they’re posting of the autumn colors, some areas of the country are experiencing some great colors on the trees. My sister in central lower Michigan shared this pic with me the other day of trails being laid out there.

It's got the history, the military whistleblowers, the science. It can be quite shocking and some won’t believe it’s happening but that doesn’t stop it from happening! The evil we withstand is not new to us. The Great Awakening is on and expanding. We have the ability to be patient. Love is patient. Patient is love. The reason so many people stress out today is for a lack of patient. It is a testament to our love for others as we endure these times and continue to speak the truth in love.
