A Perceived Calm On The Front Lines

The next line of thought may not resonate with newbies still hitting the necessary rabbit holes catching up on discovering the reality we thought was reality isn’t actually reality at all. It is all rather exciting, if not shocking… to the point of finding yourself sitting there in awe of the ongoing evil being brought to light. And at this point they are well traveled. But… For those of you that have been at this awhile. … Does it seem like things have quieted down concerning the war with anybody? It can’t be just me. We’ve had these “everything-seems-calm” spells before. Or I have anyways. I guess it could be just me. Hearing 45 at his 2024 Presidential run announcement make the statement that Biden’s term will be four years honestly took some starch out of my britches. I had convinced myself Trump would be back in office as soon as the proof of the 2020 cheat got in front of an honest judge. Isn’t that how justice is supposed to work? Silly me. Expecting justice in this phase of the war. After that and almost three weeks out from the 2022 election and it seems the dust has settled. For the most part. Not to dimmish the recent shootings the Mockingbird Media tried to pin on “right wing propaganda hate” but it didn’t take long at all to expose their propaganda as lies as it was shown in a very short period of time that these mass shooters don’t show any patriot tendencies. Doing a quick search reveals this blame attack concerning shooters has been going on for awhile. Not that accuracy matters much to the MSM. That’s not their job. More and more of the people are seeing this as The Awakening expands. It seems to me they (Mockingbird) are reduced to a fundamental programming tactic. That being… in these cases… to project… to lay the blame of uncivil behavior on those that are not submitting to the will of those that consider themselves “elite.” (From their side, mass shooting used to always be the gun’s fault.) They know how it works. Get whatever it is they want out there concerning any situation hoping it lodges in as many minds as possible. To have that conjecture, that twisting of the truth knowing people will have to accept it… or reconcile it. It’s an offensive move. Thrown like a barrage of projectiles from many sources… that those targeted are either hit with… and submit (believe)… or expend effort to deflect… and reject (not believe). The first flaming shots fired after any event on the narrative battlefield requires attention, lest one becomes victim to it. We, the Godly, have a defense. We have a shield.

In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Ephesians 6:14

The word “faith” is the word “pistis” in the Greek text. In the context here it refers to believing. Our active believing of the truth revealed in God’s Word is our shield which protects us from what is flung at us.

The foundation of getting to the genuine truth… as we know… is personal study, meditation and proper discernment of the written word of God.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.- 2 Timothy 2:15

This is the encouragement for truth-seekers. To see the board… to see the world most comprehensively… it behooves us all to go spiritual. God’s word rightly divided is our high ground offering instruction on not only what to think and do… but what not to think and do. Continuing in 2 Timothy 2 with verse sixteen.

But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

Vain means without worth. We shun irreverent and profitless jibberish. It increases unto additional unrighteousness unto those that speak that way. It’s like a canker, a flesh-eating disease around their mouths. Verse seventeen.

And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;

Now Paul names here two individuals from his time to illustrate. Today I think we… for our understanding in this context right now… we could temporarily substitute for the two names… “the Mainstream Media” and “Big Tech.”

It do appear to me that more and more people are picking up a shield (if not… and I would like to think… this shield of believing) available to them as the impact of the lies being hurled at us are having minimal effect anymore. Such as the monkey pox “threat” never gaining any altitude. Or the Pelosi “intruder” being MAGA. As well as these recent shooting covered in the mainstream. Maybe it’s witnessing these attacks… these false accusations falling short that has me feeling things have calmed down some on the war front. Maybe I’m feeling more relaxed seeing the desired results not coming anywhere close to their full fruition. The fight for the minds of the people doesn’t seem to be as intense as it has been the last few years. Not that I can relax. None of us should. Not fully. We could always get hit with a FF at any time. When there are lulls in the fighting that is the time to fortify positions. For me this entails getting my head into God’s word, give it the attention it deserves. As well as cleaning up any loose ends of understanding in any aspect of the Information War that may be needed. Which is sooo much easier than fighting.

I pray you and yours had an enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I was blessed to have my daughter and her family over for the afternoon. I say “her” family, which is my family. Just to be clear. And… I was sick for the first part of this past week with a flu bug last Sunday being the first full day of it and didn’t feel like pounding out a post, but was recovered enough to get out and get some work in the day before the holiday, which felt good and it was a beautiful day. As was Thanksgiving Day around here with blue skies and temps must’ve hit 70. We did have a good holiday here enjoying each other’s company, eating and of course… watching football. The Lions actually played a good game in front of a national audience. A little relief for someone that grew up a Detroit Lions fan!
